No — and you shouldn't. Mail from public mailboxes to a purchased list gets filtered. You need a domain you own; if you don't have one, we'll set one up for you.
Recipients at the moment a campaign is scheduled. Duplicates, invalid addresses and unsubscribed people are removed first and don't count.
The campaign pauses itself once bounces pass 5%, so one bad list can't poison your domain. Bounced addresses are suppressed automatically.

In the US, commercial email is legal with an accurate sender, a physical address and a working unsubscribe — all of which SSEMailer enforces. Other countries (Canada, EU) require consent; check before you send there.
